My son is studying in Udupi and will appear for JEE main paper 1 2019. want to know the date to fill admission form for mumbai colleges

Rahul Gupta 28th Mar, 2019

Hello Akashanchan,

JEE Mains is a national level entrance exam that is conducted for admissions to various NITs, IIITs, GFTIs and other public and private institutes. It also serves as the first stage for admissions to IITs. It is conducted by CBSE and NTA. From 2019 JEE Mains will be conducted twice a year, in January and April.

As for your question, most of the colleges of Mumbai or Maharashtra in general take admissions to B.Tech/B.E courses through MHTCET instead of JEE Mains paper 1. Thus, most of these colleges do not have notifications regarding admissions through JEE Mains.

Which one is best for B.com hons. St. Xaviers college ,Mumbai or St. Xaviers college ,kolkata.

saheli samaddar 9th Sep, 2020

Hello,

Both the colleges are good but if you want to compare both the college ranking wise. Then obviously St. Xavier's College Kolkata comes before St Xavier's College Mumbai. Because St. Xaviers College (Autonomous) Kolkata, has secured 7th Rank in National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2020.

You can decide which College you want to choose.

All the best.
