There is indeed a Masters Course in Biological Science that are offered at selected IITs across India. In order to pursue the same, the admission is done based on IIT JAM entrance examination that is conducted by the IITs for admission into their Masters courses of Non Technical

Neet won't be tough but yes the competition will get tougher since AIIMS and JIPMER have been removed and merged into NEET. So cutoffs might rise even higher. And yes only NEET is the common entrance exam for admission to all the medical courses available ie MBBS BDS BAMS BHMS

Let me clear your doubt. Although you have good rank but there is not 100 percent chance that you will get government college. You might get in 2 or 3 round.

GenerallyRank within 550-600, can definitely fetchs government college in first round of counselling.
