It depends on your university or Institute in ehwhi you are a study
if they allow you to do so.. then you can do it in most of the cases.. if you want to start the course with new branch you have to start from first year..

No as of now you need not to give practical exams again. Practical marks will be same as they were previous year. These will be updated from previous record itself as other marks. Only improvement is in theoretical written exam.

Let me clear your doubt . .As per the amu eligibility criteria, the candidate must have minimum 55 prcent in their pervious qualifying examination.
So you can't able to join anu for degree of bsc computer. .
