The Cutoff rank for CSE in IIIT allahabad was 94-8K for 2018. for 2019 it must be near to 6-7K. if you want to get an admission in this particular college then you have to work very hard to get a rank near to 5K which is a secured

If you are asking about IIT BHU,  then you have to appear JEE advance and if your rank is in the cutoff range then you can join the institute.

if you are asking for any other college then a rank below 5-10K will be enough to join for CSE
