You are not eligible for the Msc biotechnology because for that you have to have specialized or honours paper in any subject of the Biology in your graduation so if you don't have that you are not eligible for the entrance exam.

You haven't mentioned the entrance examination you are talking about. Neverthless, ideally if you belong to OBC and sub Category as SEBC, please select OBC as your Category in the Application form. If it asks for Sub Category, if there is an option of SEBC, please select SEBC. Or if
