you did not mention in your question that you want to pursue for masters or bachelors course. see if you want to pursue bachelors than I will suggest you not to join because its really expensive. you also mention that your family financial condition is not good. after pursuing
reservation in government vacancy is for obc-ncl category. you will not get reservation for obc and if you provide wrong documents there is chances for cancellation of your application.

You have to fill your name which should be same to your education qualified certificates. Later during admission or job verification you have to make an affidavit stating you have changed your surname due to marriage which should be attested.
