Hi Pratibha,
Based on your percentile your rank would be probably in between 65,000-75,000 (general) and cut-off for CSE in NIT's are usually upto 5000 so it's hard for you to get CSE in any of NIT
Still, you can go for
1. NIT, Srinagar
2. NIT, Silchar
3. NIT,
