According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the top NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can get some lower NITs like NIT Hamirpur, NIT Goa, NIT Silchar and so on if you deserves home state quota
B-category seats are the seats who takes admission through JEE mains instead od TS-EAMCET.
But with this rank i don't think you can get CBIT, even in spot round as last year the closing rank for Mechanical branch was around 65000.

you can do one thing, try to contact your school and tell them about regustration process last date, and ask for provisional marksheet atleast. Thet can provide you atleast provisional marksheet. If any other way is possible then also school can only help.
