As i calculated your percentage, it comes out to be around 78.5 percent. You can't get the most demanded courses in du (mostly hons) if you belong to the general category. You can get admission in courses like BA programme, philosophy hons etc.
But,
In Ece you study about communication, whereas Eie is more about instrumentation and process control.
ECE students can also get recruited in software companies but EIE has lesser chances.

Try searching them as per their names on the internet as there are lots of publication books and also vary from college to colleges . First ask your teachers which books they preferd and search accordingly.try buying second hand books which you can get easily from college's nearby
