Yes you have to add both first and second marks to be eligible for BISAT if you have passed 12th.  To be eligible for BITSAT the qualifying marks are you  should pass 10+2 from a recognized institute with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as Mandatory  subjects. Adequate proficiency in English
