Kindly mention your rank also as ranks can vary a lot from percentile .At this percentile it feels a bit hard to get cse branch in NIT warangal but cutoffs may vary . You can also get cse in other NITs also .Try checking out the previous years

Your rank is decent enough to get seats. as you said you have reservation category then it will surely help by lowering the rank cutoff. ST reservation category will be used in All India Counselling. for state counselling, sub reservation categories like ex-defense, urban category is implemented.
