There are many central and state governments scholarships provided to economically weaker students for their higher studies. You will have to just check which schemes are applicable for you. Apply for those scholarships and if you are good enough you will surely get them. Many private organisations also offer scholarships based on merit and need. So look for those too! Good luck!

Mahindra Ecole University Hyderabad offers B.Tech degree in many streams and it is a good college which is sponsored by Mahindra Educational Institutions (MEI), a subsidiary of Tech Mahindra, the flagship IT company of the Mahindra Group . The quality of education offered good and many faculty ae well qualified and experienced.

Since you did not mention your category, I am assuming you are of general category.
Last year the cut off for 15% All India Quota was a marks between 581-590. So based on this you will not get a seat in government medical college.
However, you will get a management quota medical seat in Deemed Universities through All India Counselling for Deemed Universities.

Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get govt. Mbbs college. Ideallt university dont ask for character certificate, but even if it is aksing then it is school's duty to provide. However in your case school is refusing, then you can go to advocate and make affidavit or you can reach out to any known gazzette officer to you. Certifiate from gazzette also work.
