who has completed b.com..are they eligible for b.ed computer science or b.ed mathematics??? Is there any entrance exam for admission in b.ed?? if yes when it is?? which substreams are there in your college for b.ed??

Raychel 4th Oct, 2020

Dear Applicant,

You could go for b.ed in maths, as computer science is mainly for science students. The thing for B.ed courses are that, they are designed for BSC and BA students. So being b.com its gets abit tricky. Its is advisable if you do M.com first than go for b.ed ie. If you want to choose teaching as a career for commerce section. Otherwise you may not be able to teach in higher secondary. So if possible try to complete M.com. as you will get option for commerce related topic to study.

About admission, some college prefer to admit students through the process of entrance exams so check the college you wish to go and see if they are conducting an entrance exam. For this year the entrance are all done so you will have to apply  next year. But there are a few college that offer this course without entrance or else try distance learning.

Hope this helps. Best of luck.

9674 TFw Rank Can I get chance in any Good college Through Wbjee in CSE branch or It

S. Saha Student Expert 25th Aug, 2020
First of all congratulations for your result. The cutoffs change every year as it depends on various factors. Now only a few seats are allotted for TFW candidates, almost 5% seats of the sanctioned intake are reserved for TFW candidates. Now Computer science and Engineering being one of the most demanded branches, the cutoffs are quite higher. With 9674 rank in TFW there are very slim chances that you may get any college. You can expect Mechanical engineering in Dr. BC Roy Engineering college, any other branch except CSE in Asansol Engineering College, AEIE in Academy of Technology etc. Getting CSE with this rank might be difficult. Now this is based on previous few years' data and the cutoffs change every year. You can try with your General Merit Rank, there are more chances compared to TFW rank as seats are less in TFW. You can use our WBJEE college Predictor tool to know where you have good chances http://www.careers360.com/wbjee-college-predictor

My expected score in NEET 2020 is 602. I have the state domicile of Rajasthan. I am from general category. Can I get a government seat in All India Quota or through State counseling? And which option will be best All India Quota or State counseling?

S. Saha Student Expert 4th Oct, 2020
602 marks in Neet is an amazing score. So you can apply as you want as you have fair chances of getting government medical college through both all India quota and state quota. Now going by last year's cutoffs of Medical colleges of Rajasthan, you can expect Government Medical College Barmer, Bharatpur, Bhilwara, Churu, Dungarpur, Kota, Pali, JawaharLal Nehru Medical College, Ajmer, Jhalawar Medical College, Jhalawar etc.

And if we go through the cutoffs of all government medical colleges through All India quota, then you can expect Guntur Medical college, Siddartha Medical College, Vijayawada, Vardhman Institute of Medical Sciences, Nalanda, M.G.M. Medical College, Kakatiya Medical College, Sagar Dutta Medical College & Hospital, Kolkata, Jamshedpur, GMC Kollam, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram Wardha, Belgaum Institute of Medical Sciences, Belgaum and many more. The list is quite long. You can check the cutoffs here http://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges

Now you can check and compare the colleges of state quota and All India quota and based on that you can go ahead. Also you can use Neet College Predictor tool to know where you have good chances of getting admission http://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Can I get admission in NLU for PG course though my LLB result is still not declared?

Raychel 4th Oct, 2020

Dear Applicant,

Im afraid it's a No, NLU, goes through the procedure of entrance test to admit students in LLM, ie the AILET entrance followed by an interview. So you will have go apply for AILET test first. For this year 2020 the entrance test has been already conducted. So you will have to apply next year.

The second requirement is you need a minimum score of 55% marks (50% marks by SC/ST/Persons with disability) in LL.B. exam or equivalent degree.

Vinay Kumar 4th Oct, 2020

Hello student,

The previous years cutoff for Civil branch in Vr Siddhartha engineering college was around 40,000 to 60,000.

According to the marks that you had mentioned in ipe and eamcet, you are likely to get a rank between 82,000 to 86,000. Kindly note that this prediction is based on previous data and variations occur every year.

For this rank it is very difficult to get civil engineering in vr Siddhartha college.

Here's a link for your college prediction which will be very helpful in determining which colleges can you get based on the rank you scored,
