Hello Aspirant,
If you want to take admission in other state college than you have to take it through 15% All India Quota seats but that is also valid for GMCs. According to the marks mentioned by you in the question your rank is expected in the range of 89930 - 107080. Now on such rank it is quite difficult to get any of the colleges through All India Quota seat but yes you can get some private colleges in UP either on management seat or on government seat according to previous year's cut-offs which you can check out from the link given below :-

Let me clear your confusion, as you have passed class 12th just few days earlier so now you have to take admission for BBA course in any college, so for this course some colleges are there in India which conducts entrance exam but on the other hand there are some institutes which do not conduct entrance exam. Since you have not mentioned about the name of college so it is little bit difficult to guide you accordingly.
Yes, it is the fact that in the wake of COVID-19 first year and second year students have been passed without appearing in Semester exam but what you have to face is entrance exam (if conducted by college) and the cancellation of entrance exam will be decided by either college administration or state government. If there is no entrance exam then you admission will be based on class 12th marks.
I am enlisting down some good colleges for BBA :-

Hi ,
MCC will commence NEET Counselling and Seat Allotment for MBBS/ BDS seats under 15% All India Quota soon after the declaration of result. However, State level counselling for 85% seats will be organized separately by the respective state authorities.
Candidates who will qualify the neet cutoff will have to enroll in the counselling process. This year on account of Covid19 pendemic chances are high that the entire process and verification may be online. Hence, you may not need to visit other state. And if not, then appropriate arrangements will be made by government authorities.
All the best.
