Yes there are scheme available for SC, ST, BC, minorities and physically handicapped students whose parental income is less than Rs 1 lakh per annum but with some norms .Rank is not considered for SC/ST. For others rank is considered. For more details check the official website .

see as per your general category score you have no chances in any stream of engineering in cochbehar government college. however as per your sc category score you have decent chances in civil engineering, computer science engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics and communication engineering, electrical engineering.
