Hello Aspirant,

With 400 marks, there are chances to get in to a  government medical college But it is good if you secure 600+ marks in NEET 2020.  For private you need to score above 300. As your NEET score is 411. Also it too depends upon last years cut-off.

Nothing can be done now as admit card is already released and correction window is already closed. for current, correction window was open for multiple times which provided you enough time to change any details if it is filled wrong.
