As per my knowledge concerned the document which you submit in application form is to be the proof at the exam so If it is aadhar card then you have to show aadhar card at the time of examination.But you should official once check it is passport allowed

As of now the admit card for NEET UG 2020 is  not yet released but NTA has released the examination center. So candidates can now check their examination center. You need to login to know your examination center in the candidate login portal https://ntaneet.nic.in/ntaneet/Online/candidatelogin.aspx
