Well dear,whether you are eligible or not will depend upon the cutoff of this year and the category you belong to.

According to the 2019 cutoffs you are eligible if you cross the cutoff:

Hello raju,
You have secured 45 percentile and according to previous year trend it's difficult to predict that you will qualify for je advance or  not.
Previous year jee main percentile cutoff for eligible to appear in jee advance is 54.012 for the sc category students.

The syllabus of jee advance is too much and this year you are not given 1 month gap in between jee mains and jee advance.so it's difficult to read entrire PCM onces again.you can revise the chapters you already read and focus on revision and doing previous year
