I'm a sc Student,i had got 45 percentile in jee 2020-jan,am i qualify for advance or NIT .If not what is the qualify percentile?

You have secured 45 percentile and according to previous year trend it's difficult to predict that you will qualify for je advance or not.
Previous year jee main percentile cutoff for eligible to appear in jee advance is 54.012 for the sc category students.
You should wait for this year cutoff it may goes up or down.you can also try for other options available.
