A candidate cam appear in JEE main for three consecutive years including the year in which he/she passed the qualifying exam. According to this you are eligible for JEE Main 2021 and JEE Main 2022.You must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board.
Time table is released by UPSC and the exam date is also announced and for your information UPSC has realeased the admit card also.

if you want to appear for October/November 2020 exams, you will have to pay online NIOS exam fees 2020. The last date of NIOS fees 2020 may fall in September 2020.
