If you are asking about leftover seats for BA course admission then yes many colleges offer leftover or vacant seats after the main admission rounds finish when students don’t join or leave their seats then the college announces a spot round or open counselling where leftover seats are filled again if your name didn’t come in the earlier list or if you missed applying before then you can still apply in this round many colleges put the list of leftover BA seats on their notice board or website and then allow students to fill forms again sometimes they ask for CUET score and sometimes they just take 12th marks depending on whether the college is government or private you have to submit your documents again and choose your subject combination properly in this round sometimes reserved category seats also shift to general if no one comes to claim them so general students also get a chance in leftover seats this round usually happens in August or September and goes on till all seats are filled colleges don’t want any seat to stay empty so they keep giving chances in spot round or mop-up round you just have to keep checking the college website regularly or go and ask in person at the admission office some private colleges even call students who showed interest before so keep your number active and documents ready many students get seats this way because lots of students cancel or don’t join so their seat goes to the next one in line in open counselling you may also get a better college than before so if you didn’t get admission yet or you want to change your college or subject this is your best chance go to the college early with your 10th and 12th mark sheets your ID proof passport size photo and any caste or income certificate if you have and ask if BA seats are still available if yes then fill the form pay the fee and get your seat confirmed some colleges also take a printout of your previous application or CUET form so carry that too keep checking every day because seats go very fast and lists come suddenly so stay alert and don’t wait till the last day this is a good chance for you to still get admission in BA course through leftover seat process .
Hello Aspirant,
Given your Common Rank of 2308 and OBC-NCL Category rank of 680, your chances of getting B.F.Tech in NIFT Kannur in Round 2 (UG 2025) can be assessed as moderate or low. Past years in which OBC-NCL closing ranks for B.F.Tech at NIFT Kannur have haven't crossed the range of 400-650. Being just beyond that limit means that you may be waitlisted or allocated in subsequent rounds if candidates drop out or cut-offs decline later on.

Private colleges such as Amity University Noida, Lovely Professional University, and UPES Dehradun , MMUT, Galgotias University, Christ University, SPSU etc. are included in the engineering Colleges in India accepting CUET for BTech admissions.
Hope it helps.
Yes when you fill your form from Delhi State Open School your name also comes in the list just like other students from CBSE or NIOS this board is also accepted by many colleges and it is a government board when you fill the form you have to give your name your marks your documents and the name of your board if you do all this correctly your name will be there in the list the board will check everything and then add your name students from open school are not treated differently your marksheet is also valid and works for admission your name comes in the same way like others when the college shows the list on their website your name will also be there if you have passed in all subjects and your documents are clear your admission will happen easily this board is not fake and many students take admission through this board every year the colleges see your marks and board name only so do not worry at all just keep your documents ready and check your email and phone in case the college contacts you if you face any problem you can also go to the college and show your certificate there they will help you this board is good and you will not have any problem in admission your name will show in the college list same as all other students so stay calm and be ready with your documents and keep checking the college website every day for updates on admission

With a 16 percentile in MHT- CET , admission into civil engineering branch at Pune is unfortunately not possible. Even mid-tier institutes like PCCOE, DYP, and SIPIT have closing percentiles far higher—typically around 70–80 plus percentile for Civil, and top ones like COEP closing at 98 plus percentile
You can now apply for polytechnic (Diploma) and then use lateral entry to B.Tec
All the Best.
If you got 2785 rank in APECET for ECE, then yes, you can get a good college. Some government and private colleges accept students with this rank. For example, Sri Venkateswara University College of Engineering usually takes students with ranks between 2500 to 5000, so you have a good chance there. JNTU Kakinada also accepts students up to around 3200 rank, so you can try there too. You also have chances in private colleges like GVP Vizag, SRKR Bhimavaram, and VIT-AP because their ECE cutoffs go up to 8000. During counselling, fill your options carefully and keep your documents ready like marksheets, ID proof, and category certificate if you have one. Your rank is decent, so you have a good chance of getting admission. Just stay updated with counselling dates and fill everything correctly .
