Yes, you can apply for B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) even if you passed Class 12 in 2019. Most colleges and universities do not have an upper age limit for admission to regular B.A. courses. Admission is usually based on Class 12 marks, entrance exams, or university-specific criteria.
