Hello
In general, University of Hyderabad is rated higher than CUTN (Central University of Tamil Nadu) due to better campus, more exposure and higher reputation. But, BA Economics has a wider future score than History and Language Science.
So it all comes down to your interest.
If you are interested in Economics, then go for CUTN. If you are interested in History and Language Science, then go for University of Hyderabad. Personally, interest > college. I didn't opt for a better college just due to my interest being in something else and I am happy with that.
The final choice is yours! Thank You!!!

Technically yes, you can appear for NEET without NCERT. But:
NCERT books (especially for Biology, Chemistry, Physics) are the base of NEET syllabus
90–95% questions in NEET come directly or indirectly from NCERT
If you don’t study NCERT, your chances of scoring well become very low. It’s highly recommended to study NCERT books thoroughly along with your Maharashtra Board books.
Yes, some universities may offer MSc Biotechnology through TS PGECET, but it usually requires BSc with relevant subjects. If the counselling form does not list BSc as a qualification, it's possible that MSc admissions are limited to students with a different eligibility background (like BTech or MSc-level entry only). In such cases, you should not select incorrect information like MSc in the form. If there’s no option for BSc and no official help is coming, visit the nearest Help Center physically or try contacting PGECET helpline via phone/email repeatedly. Entering wrong qualification details may lead to disqualification during document verification.
If “Jeet” refers to a person or a specific book/course, please clarify what subject or topic you need notes for. I’ll create handwritten-style or clean notes for you based on that.
Just tell me the subject/topic name (e.g. Python, Math, NEET Biology, etc.)
