Hello, It's totally okay if you don't have a birth certificate. A 10th class certificate is enough as a Date of Birth proof for Government exams. You will not face any problems during document verification or any stage of exam.
Most of the entrance exams have an option during application to request a scribe/writer by uploading your certificate of disability as per government guidelines; specific forms or proformas for scribes are usually part of the official exam notification/portal.
