With 356 marks in NEET your rank will be around 3 lakhs so getting MBBS in Government colleges is almost impossible if you belong from General category.

Yes ,if you don't want to take a drop of one year you should go for Private medical colleges in MP

Safe All India Rank to get a Government MBBS College in Uttar Pradesh via 15% All India Counselling for SC Category would be around 60,000 (which is around 530-540 marks).

So with a score of 456 marks, it is difficult to get a Government MBBS Seat in UP via 15%

INSPIRE Scholarship is only applicable for students pursuing Basic Science Courses like B.Sc, M.Sc, BS, Integrated Masters in any othe the subjects be it Mathematics or Bio Sciences post Class 12th.
