Yes definitely you can get some self financing medical colleges, considering your All Christian minority quota.

But note that it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year

There are so many colleges which offer bsc nursing course to the students who have completed gnm nursing with not so costly fees structure. But before getting into any college do make sure that it is either recognised by Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council.
