Since you have got a great rank, you can get admission to both colleges. However, PGIMS is a better option any day. It has a NIRF ranking of 2, just after AIIMS Delhi. Though GMC Patiala is also good, PGIMS is top-notch with an extremely dedicated faculty, hospital

They will put the notification on their website about that or you have to contact that perticular college to get the information about management

No, state EWS category is not applicable for counselling in NEET/JEE. There is a different format of  the particular category which is available on MCC website. If you have an EWS category of your state, you don't have to make new EWS category. The only thing you have
