Hello Akshat! To get admission in AIIMS, Delhi you need to score at least 680 marks if you belong to general category and if you fall under SC/ST/OBC category you need to score at least 650+ marks. In other words you need to score more than 95% irrespective of category.

This completely depends on the college. If it's a private institute, it will have it's own rules and regulations. But I've seen students doing this, entering pharmacy course and cracking NEET again at the same time and shifting to MBBS side. So do enquire about the same with your college.
