Hope you are doing well. I checked the required documents for NEET UG 2021 counselling for the state of Maharashtra,there is no mention of DAM affected certificate in there . So,most probably there's no such reservation that can be used for NEET counselling.

NEET 2021 results have been declared by National Testing Agency and the Counseling process for seat allotment is expected to begin in next few days.
There are two counseling process -
• All India Quota Counseling or AIQ Counseling
• State counseling
Through All India Quota Counseling (15% seats
It is very important for you to have domicile certificate to participate in State counseling of colleges you are having certificate of.
