Yes, there is reservation for dam  affected certificate holders in NEET exam for MBBS seats in consideration. But the candidate has to score more than 350 to4 50 in NEET exam to get MBBS seats through this reservation facilities of the Dam affected certificate holders.

Yes, the NEET registration starts probably in the month of December and the state merit list comes after the examinations are over. The state exams can be early or delay based on the different factors. So you have to fill the form before the state merit list is announced.
