The qualifying marks for neet are 137-108 i.e. 40 th percentile. As you have 96 marks you're not qualified in NEET. If you're not qualified you are not eligible for taking admissions in any of the course under neet .

Hope you are doing well. I checked the required documents for NEET UG 2021 counselling for the state of Maharashtra,there is no mention of DAM affected certificate in there . So,most probably there's no such reservation for NEET UG counselling.
