From your question it  sounds like you are greatly  interested in Chemical technology. If  you want is it as a part time course I think wouldn't be a good choice , Nowadays chemical technology  has a great chance of job offers after the course you completed

if fybsc refers to first year bsc course and you mean that you want to give law mhtcet again you need not have any gap certificate, only the transfer certificate and the migration certificate of the bsc course is necessary. you can give the law mhtcet again and take admission
