Actually I was completed my fybsc right now and also take the law mhtcet 5 year then I has need to gap cirtificate or only LC

if fybsc refers to first year bsc course and you mean that you want to give law mhtcet again you need not have any gap certificate, only the transfer certificate and the migration certificate of the bsc course is necessary. you can give the law mhtcet again and take admission in the colleges you qualify for.
