A common matal which is highly resistance to corrosion ???
Hi aspirant,
Zinc, Tin, Aluminium are some of the common metals that are highly resistant to corrosion being highly reactive. It reacts easily with oxygen in air and forms a layer of respective oxides on their surfaces. That's why these are generally used to galvanize iron and other such metals to prevent them from rusting and corrosion.
Hope it helps!!
Hello dear
While most metals are subjected to corrosion at some point or another, there are many grades of metal that contain corrosion-resistant properties that either prolong the process or avoid it completely.
some of the most resistant metals are given below here
•stainless steel
•Galvanized Steel
•Almunium
•Red metals like copper, bronze and brass
you can also use different alloys metal for that
Thank you
Zinc and Chromium are highly resistant to corrosion, hence used in Steels, to improve their Corrosion Resistance Property. You mut have heard of Galvanized Steels, which are Zn Treated. Corrosion Science is a vast Subject and apart from these two, there are many other Metals which add strong Corrosion Resistant Properties to the Material.
