In order to be eligible for JEE Advanced you should have appeared for the 10+2 (or equivalent) examination for the first time in either 2017 or 2018. However, those candidates whose 10+2 (or equivalent) examination results for the academic session of 2015 – 16 were declared after June 2016 will also be eligible for JEE Advanced 2018.
