Yes, you can write this exam as you will be considered eligible and yes, gap should be mentioned there as one more thing which you will have to keep in your mind that is you can write jee main thrice consecutively when you are 12th.
But my only question is if you are studying in 12th then why are you thinking to get admission in B.Sc because as per my view better to focus on your jee preparation and get admission in decent NITs.
