• Student's competence.
• Student's grades in and during graduation.
• Student's past academic records.
• Student's interpersonal and communication skills.
• Student's presentation skill.

However the starting package for a BBA Finance graduate in abroad if he/ she is from a reputed college and is quite competent should be around Rs.12,00,000/- to Rs. 16,00,000/- per annum.
