As we know JNU entrance exam for has arrived 6 months early and currently i am in 3rd year of graduation can i apply for M.A degree 2018-19?

In the final year of Graduation you can not apply for the postgraduation programme. You must have the bachelor's degree to apply for any of post graduation programme. You can also check the eligibility with given below link.
