BE 1st year discontinued can I join second year in another college.

If you discontinued BE 1st Year and cancelled admission in the college then you can not get admission in second year of Engineering. You have to give entrance exam either jee or any state level exam ,then participate in the counselling process and get admission in 1st Year.

You can join other college provided you have to take admission in the 1st year of BE/Btech course. Also as the score for most of the UG entrances are valid for the appearing year only, you need to clear the entrance as well in order to take admission in any other college. With your 1st year completed if you wish you can take admission in any other college provided the colleges are same university affiliated. Also most of the private colleges don't allow such transfers, as a result, its better for you to continue in the college or you have to reappear for entrance and get a sit for the 1st year itself.
