Best colleges for 96%ile &60% in 12th

If you are a general category student wishing to apply for government colleges (and a few selected private ones), it is going to be not possible for you.
The minimum class 12 percentage required to get in through JEE mains is 75 percent, while it drops to 65 percent for SC/ST category.
Your percentile, is really good. I am assuming it's your JEE main score.
Anyway, there are a few private institutes willing to take you in. Some of the more reputed ones are Sharda University, Bennett University, Amity University and Lovely Professional University. In case of government colleges, I am sorry to say but your door is closed. You might want to appear for an improvement exam to clear the minimum cut off for 12th marks.
