can I pay registration fees late after submitting date because I just registered my detailes but forgot to pay charges before date?

this totally depends on the policies of the college you have applied for. however, i believe that the colleges might still accept the form with late fee and fine.
hope you are not that late and confirming it through the official site and the college itself is better.
