Yes you can pursue your graduation in psychology after class 12th with PCM, the minimum eligibility criteria to pursue graduation in Psychology is that the candidate must have passed their 10+2 from any recognised board with any steam including Science, Commerce and Arts.
The admission to the course is direct in some Colleges and some Colleges ask for an entrance exam.
