Difference between gnm and anm. Which among have a good future????

, From some research I found that ANM is called Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery which is a diploma course for health care. And GNM is called General Nursing and Midwifery which is study of nurse in health care. And GNM has good future.

GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) and ANM (Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery) are the diploma courses for Nursing which can be done after 10+2.
ANM :
- It is a 2 year diploma course
- It focuses on the study of health care of various individuals.
- Along with this, you are taught to maintain equipment, preparation of Operation Theatre, maintaining record of patients, etc.
- This course trains the students and make them capable to work as basic healthcare workers.
- Only Female students can apply for this course.
- You can expect a salary of 8000 to 12000 after completing this course.
GNM :
- It is a 3.5 years diploma course
- It trains students in general health care, nursing and midwifery.
- You will be trained in fuctioning in a hospital environment, perform duties such as first aids, assisting research activities, etc.
- You can expect a salary between 10000 - 15000 after completing this course
