Yes, you have to five NEET to get a veterinary seat through 15% All India quota. NEET Required for Admissions in Undergraduate Veterinary Courses. As per the official notification dated February 22, 2018 released by The Veterinary Council of India, candidates applying for admissions to B.V.Sc & AH courses through 15% All India Quota seats will have to compulsorily appear for NEET 2018.

Yes you have to apply for neet examination to get a veterinary medical seat. From 2018 All medical college seats are to be distributed according to the neet scores.
