Does switching to polytechnic after 12 is good option?

As far as I'm aware, there is no such thing as a good option or a bad option. It all depends upon your choice, interest and the scope of that particular course in the future. So, I suggest that you do some digging about this course regarding things like the course specifications, possible job or business options, course eligibility,  list of colleges providing that course, etc. Based on all these findings, you should be able to decide whether it is the right choice for you or not. Most importantly, always keep a second option in hand.
