does the college predictor show correct closing rank

Hello student,
So the college predictor tool does not show 100 percent correct closing ranks ,but is quiet trust worthy and is build based on the results of several past year results and cutoffs ,and is expected to have the closest pediction possible in all aspects of ranks,colleges,categories.
