I have pcb 56% and passed in all subject but I passed chemistry with +9 grace mark ,am i eligible for neet and mbbs abroad?

You haven't mentioned the Category you belong to. Neverthless, to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 10+2 in all subjects and score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. It doesn't really matter if it is a grace mark in a subject, As long as you fulfil these criteria, you are eligible for NEET.
