Dear Afreen, IIT Delhi has acknowledged server issues and announced they are working on it. Please clear the cache, browsing history, passwords, etc and restart your device. Re-login and try again. This worked for few Candidates and it might work for you as well. If this doesn't work, you may have to fill in the application form either in the early hours or late hours when the traffic to the website is lesser.
