All preparation starts with learning then practicing and ends with the revision.
You also have to do it like others, butsmartly and consistently.
Reason of downfall for most of the NEET aspirants islack of consistency, They starts with making the plan and all goes well to the certain time but after that they resist to follow the plan.

Take a deep breathe and Believe you can do this. With one month to go, I know you must be pretty apprehensive about your preparations. This one month is very important, so stay focused and do not at any cost waver at this juncture.
Now, coming to your Preparations:-
You must have gone through the whole portion at least once by now. So revision will be faster. For Biology, revise your concepts from NCERT books, 11th and 12th STD and stick to them. Focus on diagrams, tables, dates of Acts, examples, figures etc. Biology can be cracked if you thoroughly study your NCERT books.
For Physics and Chemistry, you have to solves problems to increase your time. Mechanics in Physics and Organic Chemistry in Chemistry are very important topics. Focus on important topics only.
Keep revising your concepts and solves previous years question papers. Time yourself while you answer them and go through the solutions after you have completed your paper. Revise concepts that are unclear and that need to be re-learnt.
Lastly, take 5 minutes break between your study period. And take care of your health. Sleep adequately.
For a Government College in Assam, you will need to score a whooping 520+ to be sure of a seat, assuming you are under General Category. So work smart. You can definitely crack this. Be diligent! All the very best for your preparations.
Keep a check on your timings. Practice as many full length papers as you can and make a note of your mistakes. Try not to repeat them again and again.

For getting such marks..follow these..
Study only NCERT book for biology .. give special emphasise on the figures, examples, numerical value,scientist name etc . Dont study any new topic which you have not studied earlier..
For physics and chemistry , practise numericals on daily basis and revise your concepts which you have studied. Dont study any new topic. Read the solved examples of Ncert book of chemistry and physics.
Do solve previous year question papers of neet ug. And mark the frequently asked topics ,and study them more and more..
You will score quite high by this..
