For getting a mbbs seat under general category through state quota counselling of karnataka ,try to have score of 520+ marks in neet ug..

Cut-off scores are quite variable every year. So, it is difficult to determine exact cutoff. However, going by general trends, I would recommend you to aim for higher than 550 to play safe. Although, you should be able to get one at around 520.

Since, competition is only getting tougher every year and predictions regarding the exact cut off scores cannot be precisely made unless the exam is done, I'd recommend you to target a score around 570 to increase your odds of selection.
